Privacy policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to make your sample and run your newsletter. We never sell or rent personal information, and the email lists we manage for clients belong to those clients.

Information you give us

When you request a free sample, we collect your name, business name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your website, town or a description of your business. We use it to create your sample and to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list without asking.

Client email lists

When a business or organization hires us, we handle its subscriber list only to produce and send its newsletter. The client owns that list and decides who is on it. We do not use client lists for any other purpose, combine them with other lists, or share them with anyone except the email sending platform the client uses.

If you receive a newsletter we send on behalf of a client and want to stop, use the unsubscribe link in any issue. To ask about your data, contact the business that sent it.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We do not use advertising trackers, and we have not enabled Google Analytics data sharing for advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website and our service, such as web hosting, form delivery and email sending platforms. They process information only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
