Newsletters for towns

Keep residents in the know without adding staff.

We produce monthly newsletters for town halls, parks and recreation, libraries and senior centers: meetings and budget hearings, events, road work and leaf pickup, storm updates, and nonpartisan voting information.

Why a newsletter works for towns.

One useful email a month, in your name, to people who already know you.

  • Accessible by default

Every issue is built to WCAG 2.1 AA: real text instead of images of text, strong contrast, alt text on every photo, and a logical reading order for screen readers.

  • Strictly nonpartisan

Election content covers dates, polling places, registration and ballot questions in neutral language. No candidate coverage and no advocacy, ever.

  • Annual pricing that fits a budget

Towns and departments can choose an annual plan with a single invoice, a purchase order, and a scope written to match your procurement process.

Questions from towns.

How does annual pricing work?

Municipal plans start at $2,400 a year, billed annually with a purchase order if you need one. The scope depends on how many departments and issues you need. Ask for a quote and we will write it to fit your procurement rules.

Who approves each issue?

You choose. Most towns have one approver in the first selectman's, mayor's or town manager's office. Department heads can send news straight to us and we route the draft for sign-off.

How do you keep election content neutral?

We cover only dates, locations, registration, absentee ballot rules and the plain text of ballot questions, written from your registrar or clerk's official information. We never cover candidates.
