Newsletters for insurance agencies

A monthly newsletter that keeps your book of business renewing.

Your clients only think about insurance twice a year: at renewal and after something goes wrong. A friendly monthly note from you fills the gap, so they call you first, renew without shopping, and send their neighbors your way.

Why a newsletter works for insurance agencies.

One useful email a month, in your name, to people who already know you.

  • Renewals stop being a surprise

A client who has heard from you eleven times this year does not go shopping on the twelfth. Regular, useful contact is the cheapest retention program an agency can run.

  • Referrals get easier to ask for

Every issue gives clients something worth forwarding: a storm checklist, a deadline reminder, a plain-English explainer. Forwarded emails are warm introductions.

  • Cross-sell without the sales pitch

Mention umbrella coverage in a story about holiday parties, or life insurance in a story about a new baby. Clients raise their hands when the timing is right for them.

Questions from insurance agencies.

Do you follow carrier and Medicare marketing rules?

You or your compliance contact approve every issue before it sends, and we keep Medicare content general and educational unless you supply approved language. If your carrier or FMO requires a review step or a disclaimer, we build it into the monthly schedule.

Can you write for both personal and commercial lines?

Yes. Most agencies get one issue that leans personal lines, with a commercial section when there is something worth saying. Pro plans can split the list and send two versions.

Will this work with our agency management system?

We export your client email list from the system you use today, clean it up, and keep it in sync each month. Your list stays yours.
