What is the setup fee for?
Your custom template, list cleanup and import, sending account and spam-protection records, and a website signup form. It is charged once, when you start.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrades take effect with your next issue, and downgrades at the start of your next billing month.
How do I cancel?
Reply to any email and tell us. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your list and template are yours to keep.
Is there a cost for the email sending account?
Small lists usually fit in a free sending plan. Larger lists may need a paid plan from the email platform, which you pay directly so it stays in your name. We will tell you up front if you need one.
